PRICES
The prices listed are in euros per person including our extended gourmet half board
and the use of the wellness facilities and the activity program.
The local tax for the Seefeld region of €3.50 per person per night (currently),
which the guest has to pay per person per day is not included in the stated room prices.
SURCHARGES
The additional charge for single use of the double room is € 30 per day.
(can only be booked in the double rooms).
We charge €25 per day for your four-legged friend (without food).
DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN
UNTIL December 23, 2024
Children under two years stay FREE, from three to 15 years we charge
€ 80.00 per day in the parents' room, from 16 years the adult price applies.
NEW FROM December 23, 2024
Children under two years stay FREE
from three to five years € 40.00
from six to ten years € 80.00
from eleven to 15 years € 120.00
The prices are per day in the parents' room; from 16 years of age the adult price applies.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival, the rooms and suites are available to you from around 3 p.m.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room or suite by 11 a.m. at the latest.
We are happy to accommodate your special room requests, but please understand that we cannot reserve a specific room number for you.
CANCELLATION FEES
If you do not want cancellation insurance, the general terms and conditions apply
of the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH), which are always applied in case of doubt.
Up to 4 weeks before arrival - no cancellation fees
Up to 1 week before arrival - 70% of the total arrangement amount
From 1 week before arrival or no-show - 90% of the total arrangement amount
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
if you are canceling the trip due to illness or other justifiable reasons
arrive late or cannot attend or have to cancel.
The cost of the Quellenhof travel cancellation insurance is €5.00 per adult/day.
